The bill would accept overseas ballots that have no postmark. Allows accepting ballots arriving up to 6 days after the election. It also allows the Secretary of State to issue rules which is a violation of the Administrative Procedures Act. And it removes ballot integrity rules. The Democrats couched this as a means to secure military ballots. But they are using these overseas voters as a means to make it easier to cheat. It loosens rules, give the Secretary of State arbitrary power to count votes, and a six day leeway on an election that should have its votes counted in a single day (like the rest of the world).
