This is a means for Democrats to provide personal information including home addresses of employees who opt out of union representation to labor bosses. Nesbitt voted no.

SB 103/104/105 – Impose licensure on hunting and fishing guides.
Licensing schemes by government are a means of preventing competition in the market. Hunting and fishing guides do not need licensing. Nesbitt voted no.

SB 34 – Repeal Right to Work
Right to Work have seen faster income growth, state population growth, and with that, faster workforce growth. This repeal will further kill Michigan’s economy. Nesbitt voted no. Wendzel voted no.
