SB 76/77/78 – Universal gun registration.
Bills expanding registration to all firearms. Does nothing for safety as criminals do not register. Nesbitt voted no. Wendzel voted no.

SB 93 – Legalize abortion drugs.
Repealed Section 15 of the Michigan Penal Code which outlawed sales and advertisement of abortion drugs. Nesbitt voted no.

$2.9 billion of taxpayer money giving cash handouts, grants and other giveaways to special interests picked by bureaucrats. Wendzel voted no. Nesbitt voted no, but secretly voted for immediate effect allowing the Chinese battery plants to move forward.

SB 55 – Extension of property tax poverty exemption.
Bill would have amended the General Property Tax Act to extend a provision allowing an automatic poverty exemption under certain conditions. Nesbitt voted yes.
