SB 129 – Expand brownfield taxpayer subsidy deal to include subsidized housing.
Bill provides expanded use for developers of brownfield project prior to passing the tax handout in a later bill. Nesbitt voted no. Wendzel voted no.

SB 83/84/85/86 – Red Flag Laws
These bills allow the seizure of an individual’s firearms on baseless accusations, without a hearing or other opportunity for the evidence to be heard in court. Nesbitt voted no. Wendzel voted no.

HB 4166: Eliminate A-F school performance index.
In 2018, the Republican legislature passed a school assessment system using an A through F letter grade. This was in addition to a School Performance Index. Those in favor of the A-F system argue that it provides additional information for parents. Those against argue that it is confusing. Nesbitt voted no. Wendzel voted no.

Virtue signalling gun law that is unenforceable and does nothing for safety. Nesbitt voted no. Wendzel voted no.
